As we approached 20 various types of investment "doors" in our portfolio, it was clear that VanderBush Properties could scale across state lines and asset classes with systematic and diligent management processes.

VanderBush Properties began with a single-family house flip and has grown into a residential, commercial, and short-term rental investment company with real estate assets in Vermont, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.
