This House Has Once Been The Town Hardware Store. After Falling Into Disrepair, It Was Just Waiting For Us To Find It And Make It A Home Again.
Every nook and cranny of this house needed renovations, from a new roof down to the flooring. We were able to keep and refinish some of the bamboo flooring and the historic floorboards on the second floor. Both floor plans were adjusted to accommodate new features such as a walk-in pantry and a private toilet room.

The large entryway has a vaulted ceiling offering a wow factor as you enter. The new kitchen layout features the addition of a walk-in pantry and granite counters, a custom hood vent, unique hardware, and unique lighting finishes off the space.
The second-floor coffee and wine bar is located on the landing offering convenience to the occupants of all three bedrooms in the morning and evening hours.
