This Short-Term Rental Condo Was Outdated And In Need Of A Complete Renovation. The Biggest Surprise Of The Demo Process Was Finding Layers Of Carpeting On The Floor.
The outdated decor had to go, as did the carpets full of sand, broken granite kitchen countertops, outdated appliances, and heavy furniture that didn't offer guests a light and airy coastal experience. We were very thankful our daughter Kaydence was there for the demo process as it took much longer than expected.

OCEANFRONT CONDO
The Murphy bed in the living room was broken and no longer offered safe additional sleeping space. It was removed to make way for a chic bartop that offered additional seating and serving space. The flooring in the bedroom and living room was replaced, and the walls of the bedroom each received a decorative covering.

All of the kitchen cabinets and appliances were updated. The quartz countertop for the kitchen and new bar area made the trip to Myrtle Beach with us from Vermont as we used a local shop to make them. The new entertainment centers and nightstand offer motion-sensing LED lighting and wireless charging capabilities.
