Two of The Three Units Were Uninhabitable When We Purcahsed This Triplex. This Project Required A Complete Overhaul Inside And Out.
Both the inside and the outside were in disrepair when we started on this project. The scope of work was heavily focused on energy efficiency including new doors and windows as well as spray-in insulation in the basement, walls, and attic, as well as a new wood pellet heating system. Improvements like these offer cost savings to a landlord.

The two upper units required full remodels and now have fully updated kitchens and bathrooms with new flooring and paint throughout. We were able to preserve much of the character in the first-floor unit.
