GIL VANDERBUSH
Gil is the muscle behind the operations as the head of all construction and building initiatives.
While he's great at managing sub-contractors and vendors, he typically does the majority of the work himself as he's skilled in all of the trades it takes to rehab the spaces we work on.
In his free time, Gil is often found in the woods or a river as he's an avid hunter and fisherman. He takes great pride in passing along his woodman skills and tricks to our three children.
Gil's dream project is one that gets him access to good hunting land!

PENNE VANDERBUSH
Penne is the thinker (and often overthinker) on the team who creates the layout and designs of the projects.
Designing spaces that work functionality for the people who will be living, working, or staying in them is her priority. She works with a 'function first and design second' approach to creating spaces that people will enjoy for years to come.
During her free time, Penne can be found at whichever field or rink her kids are at or is immersing herself in the study of design and layout.
Penne's dream project is a large farmhouse or specialty property (school, warehouse, etc.) conversion.
